The Ahrend 360 is an ultra-light visitor’s chair having a magnesium frame and seat made of one piece. Magnesium is won from seawater, among other things. It has a lower melting point than aluminium. This has advantageous consequences for the energy consumption during production. Magnesium is an ultra-light material (30% lighter than aluminium).

Basic model
In its basic form, the Ahrend 360 consists of only six components: four legs, a frame and a seat. The chair can be easily equipped with armrests. By default, the chair has a polypropene (old name: polypropylene) seat, but it can optionally be produced with a wooden seat as well. Even with the slightly heavier wooden seat, the weight of the Ahrend 360 remains below seven kilos (without armrests: 6.5 kgs).Technical details

The leg cap can be produced with a felt glider for wooden floors, for example.
All connections are screwed rather than bent, welded or glued. This makes the Ahrend 360 fully detachable and all materials 100% recyclable. Cradle-to-cradle!
There is a choice of 7 different colours of synthetic seats and matching frame colours. 
The Ahrend 360 can be equipped with a coupling which complies with NEN-EN 14703. Chairs with or without armrests can be coupled in every possible combination.
The seat of the Ahrend 360 can be equipped with upholstery ‘braided’ into the seat.
